Woman charged with alleged stabbing in Caloundra

Police have charged a woman after an incident in Caloundra last night where a man sustained a stab wound.
It will be alleged that between 5 and 7 pm a man and a woman had two altercations at an address on Rufous Court, when a 38-year-old man received two stab wounds, one to the back of this head and the other to his stomach.
The man was transported to Nambour Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
A 41-year-old Caloundra woman has been charged with two counts of unlawful wounding, and is due to appear in the Caloundra Magistrates Court on October 9.
