Now in its 31st year, Fruehlingsfest Spring Festival offers fun for all the family with rides, sideshow alley, market stalls, a fashion parade, auction and international food festival. A highlight for 2012 is this year’s entertainment line-up which features Immanuel Old Scholar Kelsie Rimmer (Class of 2009), fresh from her success on Channel 9’s The Voice.
Organised by Immanuel’s Parents & Friends’ Association, Fruehlingsfest is more than just a school fair.
“Our German bakery and bratwurst stand has many loyal customers who return year after year and with other foods from Italy, Belgium, Spain, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia and Mexico, Fruehlingsfest is fast becoming a food extravaganza,” said Principal David Bliss.
“With the support of Kelsie and Mix FM, which will be broadcasting live on the day, Fruehlingsfest 2012 could be our biggest one yet,” said Mr Bliss
Fruehlingsfest Spring Festival is being held on Saturday 4 August from 10.00am-5.00pm at Immanuel Lutheran College, 126-142 Wises Road, Buderim.
