“I am pleased Minister Wallace and I were able to coordinate our schedules to discuss the important concerns of the Sunshine Coast residents” said Mr Slipper. “Once this meeting takes place, I can then discuss the outcomes from this meeting with Minister for Infrastructure and Transport Anthony Albanese so that everyone is on the same page and we can achieve a positive outcome.”
As promised, a follow up community meeting will be organised on the Sunshine Coast later this month to present the outcomes of the meeting and any movement that occurs as a result.
