Two free ‘how to enter’ workshops are being offered to businesses and individuals interested in entering the 19th Sunshine Coast Business Awards (SCBA). The workshops, to be staged in Maroochydore on Tuesday 16 July and Caloundra on Tuesday 23 July from 8.30am – 10.30am are being run by Rod Richards of Richards Consulting, a business consultant and mentor with over 15 years industry experience. Rod has also been a SCBA Judge for the past five years.
SCBA Spokesperson, Ross Hepworth said that the interactive workshops would provide businesses with practical tips, knowledge and tools to help maximise their chances of becoming a finalist or a winner in the prestigious awards program.
“We know that time is such a precious commodity for business owners and we’re keen to ensure all SCBA entries are completed as efficiently and effectively as possible, Ross said.
“Due to Rod’s intimate knowledge of the SCBA process, businesses can be assured they are getting invaluable and astute advice that will assist them with every stage of the submission process.
“Previous workshop attendees have informed us that the workshops have really helped them to focus their time and energy when entering the awards and gave them a greater insight into their own business.”
SCBA nominations, entries and submissions can be completed online. The nomination process takes less than a minute. The entry process can then be completed in stages meaning businesses can complete it over a number of days or weeks.
