Fire investigations Caloundra

Police are guarding the scene of a suspicious fire that caused extensive damage to a Caloundra sporting club overnight.
Around 11.50pm, police were advised a sporting clubhouse on North Street was engulfed by fire.
The fire was extinguished a short time later, however, significant damage had already been caused throughout the building.
Forensic officers and detectives will attend the scene this morning in daylight hours.
