Armed robbery, Cooroy

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a service station in Cooroy last night.
Just before 8pm a man entered the Elm Street store and approached the employee at the counter.
He demanded money and threatened the 31-year-old man with a machete.
The attendant handed him a sum of cash and he ran from the shop.
He is described as approximately 180cm tall with a thin build. He was wearing a brown hooded jumper, blue pants and a balaclava.
No one was injured during this incident and investigations are continuing.
