While most students were off partying at schoolies week, seven local students celebrated their successes as graduates of the First Year Apprenticeship Program.

This construction access program is an initiative of John Pearson Consulting, Community Solutions and Acclaim Apprentices and Trainees and has had strong support from a number of Sunshine Coast businesses providing students with the resources needed to improve their skills to enter the workforce.
The students celebrated at the site of their latest project, a student built garden at John Pearson Consulting offices in Kawana, joining all of the local providers who have taken part to make this program possible.
